How can access to water be guaranteed in times of crisis? How can we protect conflict-affected populations from water scarcity, with the risk of epidemics and diseases caused by the destruction of water pipes? These issues arising very concretely with the war in Ukraine will be dealt with by specialists from the Neuchâtel of the world and the towns twinned with Neuchâtel. Participants include Nathan Forsythe, Newcastle University upon Tyne, Marc-André Bünzli, Swiss Humanitarian Aid Corps and, SDC, and Mara Tignino, Lead International Water Law Specialist, Geneva Water Hub.

Moderated by Aline Jaccottet, head of the international section of Le Temps newspaper, media partner of The European Week.
